Bianca Jones is the Founder and CEO of Certified Notary Express, a trusted mobile notary and apostille service proudly serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. With over 15 years of leadership experience in operations, client service, and business management, Bianca brings a people-first mindset and precision-driven approach to every client interaction.
Her journey into the notary and legal support space was fueled by a passion for helping others navigate important life events—whether it’s securing legal documentation, finalizing real estate transactions, or authenticating documents for international use. As a Commissioned Texas Notary Public and NNA-Certified Loan Signing Agent, Bianca is known for her professionalism, reliability, and ability to put clients at ease—even in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.
Under her leadership, Certified Notary Express has grown into a go-to resource for individuals, families, attorneys, and business professionals across the DFW area. She is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and service excellence with every appointment.
